Who will we be working with throughout the process?

Steph serves as your primary planner and point of contact, guiding strategy, creative direction and overall planning leadership from start to finish. Depending on event scope and production needs, a trusted SERCE team provides additional on-site support to ensure seamless execution across the wedding weekend.

Will you help with both design and logistics?

Yes. Full Service Planning & Design integrates creative direction and logistical planning so aesthetic decisions and production execution remain aligned throughout the entire process, from early vision through final execution.

Do you plan wedding weekends and multi-event celebrations?

Absolutely! Full Service is designed for immersive celebrations that extend beyond the wedding day and require thoughtful pacing, design continuity and intentional flow across multiple events.

When should we reach out?

As early as possible. Full Service Planning & Design is a limited offering and books well in advance of the wedding date. We recommend reaching out as soon as you're engaged and beginning to think about vision, even if the details are still taking shape. Early conversations allow us to understand your scope, confirm availability and begin the process with plenty of space to do it well.

What does Full Service planning investment look like?

Investment is fully custom and determined by the specific scope of each celebration — including guest count, number of events, production needs and whether the wedding involves travel. Because no two weddings are the same, we don't offer fixed pricing. After an initial conversation, we'll put together a proposal that reflects the true scope of your celebration. We're happy to speak openly about investment from the very first call.

Do you work with destination weddings or travel?

Yes. SERCE works with couples planning celebrations both locally and across destinations. Travel is one of the factors that shapes the scope and investment of each engagement, and we're experienced in navigating the additional logistics, vendor relationships and production considerations that destination weddings require.
