I’m Steph.
I didn’t start SERCE because I love weddings, I started it because I care about how a room feels when it’s right.
When the lighting is warm. The pacing is natural. The music is loud enough to create energy without overpowering conversation. And everyone — from your college roommate to your grandmother — feels like they belong in the space.
I’ve spent more than a decade producing celebrations that require layered logistics, thoughtful sequencing and calm leadership.
I see the big picture. And I care deeply about the details.
I’ll rework a floor plan if the flow feels off.
Adjust timing when the energy calls for it.
Advocate for what serves the experience, not just what looks good in a photo.
My role is straightforward: I hold the structure, I manage the complexity, I guide decisions with honesty. And I protect the atmosphere you’re trying to create.
So you can be fully present inside it.
Our Story
SERCE was built on a simple belief: A wedding isn’t a production, it’s a gathering.
Design matters. Florals matter. Lighting, linens, installations, all of it matters. But only when it supports something deeper.
We design around flow. Around presence. Around the subtle decisions that allow a celebration to feel natural, even when it’s highly orchestrated behind the scenes.
Full-service planning and immersive wedding weekends are where this philosophy comes to life. Welcome drinks that actually feel welcoming. Dinners that unfold without urgency. Dance floors that build instead of force energy. Mornings after that feel just as intentional as the night before.
Everything we create is custom — not because uniqueness is trendy, but because replication doesn’t honor the people gathering.
No formulas. No recreating someone else’s celebration. No performing for photos alone.
Just thoughtful design, steady leadership and celebrations that feel deeply considered from beginning to end.
